  • Place and time of departure;
  • Place and time of arrival;
  • Information about the aircraft (registration, model, etc.);
  • Flight durations;
  • The name of the pilot-in-command;
  • landings (day night);
  • IFR;
  • Time in operational conditions;
  • Time as a pilot on duty;
  • Simulator sessions;
  • Notes etc...
