Data sheet
This manual is progressive, educational and can guarantee successful learning because it is both effective and meaningful. It provides you with the basic theory, technology and practical data, as well as the necessary knowledge and know-how. It is stated very broadly, it allows a concrete and attractive approach, and is easy to read. It facilitates the acquisition of all pedagogical information in the original organization in the form of a standard schedule. In 1983, at the initiative of the DGAC and FFPLUM, a working group composed of Régis Le Maitre, Philippe Mermoux and Charles Teil implemented the project, with the help of Gilbert Klopfstein, Christian Briand, Alain Dreyer and Jean-Maurice Burg (Maurice Bourgueil), Pierre Michaux (Pierre Michaux), Philippe Tisserand (Philippe Tisserand) and Pierre-André Cousin (Pierre-André Cousin) humorous illustrations. The National Gliding Centre in Saint-Aubin also made a valuable contribution.

The progress booklet is a single document for the LAPL and PPL. The Lessons of Theory and Flight Instruction are logically associated in a desirable pedagogical progression, but that the Instructor will adapt according to the conditions encountered. This is a guide, not a constraint.
